Ingredients:
12 mini pie shells/Tart shells (Homemade or store bought)
1/2 cup Plain Cream Cheese (1/2 stick)
1 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 to 3/4 cup Sugar (Granulated)
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Sour Cream
1 egg (Beaten)
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Method:
Preheat your oven to 375 F. Line Pie shells/ Tart shells in your muffin tray. Mix all ingredients to prepare the filling. Pour the filling in the pie shells. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 mins or until set. Let them cool down. Garnish with dry fruit of your choice and serve.
