Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
cup gram flour
1 medium-sized potato, grated
1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic, grated
1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
tsp Eno (fruit salt)
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp curry leaves
cup curd
2 tbsp oil
Oil for frying
Salt, to taste
Water, as required
For making chutney:
100 grams fresh coriander leaves
3 pc gooseberry chopped
2 green chilies
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
Black salt to taste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp water
