Learn how to make easy starter Minty Potato Tarts only on Rajshri Food

MINTY POTATO TARTS

Ingredients for the filling -
1 potato boiled and chopped
½ cup coloured bell peppers chopped
¼ cup olives finely chopped
salt to taste
2 tsp pizza seasoning
1 spring onions finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil

Method -
Heat olive oil in the pan and stir fry coloured bell peppers ,potatoes, olives and spring onions.add all the other seasoning ingredients and keep aside.

Ingredients for the minty sauce -
1 tbsp vinegar
¾ to 1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp mixed dry herbs
½ tsp sugar
1 green chilly
3 tbsp mint leaves
3 tbsp coriander leaves
3 tbsp mayonnaise

Method -
Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste. Fill in a cake pipping bag and chill in the refrigerator.

Other ingredients -
Bite sized canapés 15 to 18 pieces

To assemble the tarts
Fill the canapés with 1 ½ tsp of the potato filling. Garnish with minty sauce and serve immediately.
