Best of all, no thermometer required and it only takes less than 5 minutes to make.Ingredients:1/2 c granulated sugar1/4 c corn syrupPinch of fine salt1 ts vanilla extract1 ts baking sodaInstructionsDissolve the sugar and syrup in a heavy bottomed pot and bring to a slow bubble for 3-5 minutes.Add the vanilla and salt.Prepare a parchment/silpat covered surface and work quickly as you sprinkle in the baking soda.
