Quick to prepare and delicious to eat with phulkas or bhakri.MIRCHICHI BHAJIIngredients10-12 thick light green chillies3-4 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds1 tbsp chopped garlic2 medium onions, slicedSalt to taste10-12 curry leaves½ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp coriander powder½ tsp garam masala powder¼ cup roasted and powdered peanuts2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishJowar bhakri for servingMethod1. Remove the stems, sit the chillies and chop roughly. 2. Heat oil in kadai. Add cumin seeds and once they start to change colour, add garlic and sauté till golden brown.3. Add onions, salt and sauté till golden brown.4. Add curry leaves and mix. Add green chillies and mix. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix well.6. Add powdered peanuts and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.7. Add coriander leaves and mix.8.
