Ingredients:
100 gms Moong Dal
100 gms Matki/ Mothbeans
2 Onions, chopped
1 tsp Mix Masala
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3-4 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Water as required
Coriander as required
Farsan
1 Lemon Slice

Method:
- In a pan, heat 3-4 tbsp of oil.
- Add mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, salt to taste, mix masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add the sprouts and give it a stir. Add water and cook the sprouts till they are nice& soft. Once the sprouts are cooked add coriander leaves to it.
- Serve the Misal with some Farsan & garnish it with chopped onion.
