Bengali style Tomato chutney(बंगाली टमाटर की चटनी )

Whether it's festivals or religious functions, no Bengali spread is ever complete without this incredibly flavourful chutney. This tomato chutney is richly flavoured with panch phoran(which is commonly used in Bengali cuisine), a blend of equal parts of mustard seeds, kalonji, cumin seeds, saunf and fenugreek seeds. It is easy to make and cook within 10-12 minutes.

Ingredients
5 medium tomato
2 dry red chilli
4 khajur(dates)
2 tablespoon kismis(raisin)
2 tablespoon panchforan
1 cup sugar
¼ teaspoon hing(Asafoetida)
½ teaspoon red chili powder
½ tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon cooking oil
