It is a healthy dish as it has so many vegetables in it. Children also love its taste and hence it is an ideal dish to give children who don't usually like to eat vegetables.
It is a very easy to make Veg gravy, loved by one and all.
Given below are the ingredients of this Mix Veg Handi Recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
2 tbsp Oil
2 roughly chopped Tomatoes
3 Green Chillies
2 roughly chopped Onions
10-12 Cashew nuts
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 cup Cauliflower florets
1/2 cup Carrot pieces
1/2 cup Potatoes
1/2 cup Peas
1/2 cup French Beans
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Salt to taste
200 gms cubed Paneer
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
A handful of chopped Coriander leaves
