Take peeled potato and cut it into julienne and transfer to a mixing bowl.2. Now add carrot julienne, sliced onion, green capsicum julienne, chopped fresh coriander, chopped green chili, carom seeds, salt and mix well.3. Place a pan on medium heat and heat the oil and add the vegetable mixture and let it for a minute.4. In another mixing bowl, add gram flour, a pinch of asafoetida, carom seeds, red Chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, water and make a runny batter.5. Now add on top of some batter and cover the pan with a lid and turn on a low flame cooked for a two minute.6. Now flip the omelet and fry for a minute.7.
