Add spinach, carrot, onion and spring onion. Mix well and add jawar flour, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, carom seeds, cumin seeds, red chili powder, sesame seeds and salt. Mix everything well together. Add a little water at a time and knead dough. Heat up pan on medium heat and spread a little oil on it. Spread sesame seeds on it. Take a small ball of dough and roll thalipeeth on the pan with your hands. Make holes in it at the intervals and add a little oil in it and around the thalipeeth. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Flip over and cook for about a minute. Take the thalipeeth off the pan into a dish.
