Ingredients:
These are guidelines only. Please adjust as per your own tastes.

4-5 boiled potatoes
3-4 carrots
1-2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 cup small chopped onion
1tbsp grated ginger
Spices- Salt per taste
tsp red chilli pwd, black pepper pwd, amchur, garam masala and roasted cumin powder
Mix all the ingredients and taste the mixture to ensure spice level is according to your taste.
I personally keep it less spicy for kids and then add chillies, cilantro and bit more spices for my tikkis.
After combining all ingredients, cook the mixture in small portions on a non-stick pan with some oil. Once both sides are golden brown, consider them down.
Enjoy with your favourite chutney or simply with a hot cup of tea
