Please adjust as per your own tastes.4-5 boiled potatoes3-4 carrots1-2 cups chopped cabbage1/2 cup small chopped onion1tbsp grated gingerSpices- Salt per tastetsp red chilli pwd, black pepper pwd, amchur, garam masala and roasted cumin powderMix all the ingredients and taste the mixture to ensure spice level is according to your taste. I personally keep it less spicy for kids and then add chillies, cilantro and bit more spices for my tikkis. After combining all ingredients, cook the mixture in small portions on a non-stick pan with some oil. Once both sides are golden brown, consider them down.
