Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chopped green garlic - 1tbsp
Chopped carrot - 1/2 pcs
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Chopped coriander - 1 bowl small size
Curd - 3/4 bowl large
Grated paneer - 1 bowl small
Eno powder - 1 sachet
Cooking oil (as needed to grease the idli stand)

For Frying
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 10 to 12 pcs
Green chili - 2 pcs
