Cumin seeds - 1 tspRed chillies - 1 tspOil - As requiredCashewnut - 10 nos.Onion - 2 nos.Salt - As Per TasteTurmeric powder - ½ tspGinger garlic paste - 1 tspRoasted chana dal powder - 1 tspPumpkin (pieces) - 1 cupCarrot (pieces) - 1 cupBeans (pieces) - 1 cupBrinjal (pieces) - 1 cupTindora - 100gmsChilli powder - 1 tspTomato puree - 1 cup Green peas - 100gmsKasuri methi powder - ½ tspButter - 3 cubesCoriander leaves - 1 bunchCream - 1 cupSalt - As Per TasteCapsicum - 1 no.DIRECTIONS:Heat a pan, add pepper coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom, mace, cumin seeds, red chillies dry roast it and crush into coarse powder. Heat oil in a pan, add cashewnut, onion, salt and saute it till slightly transparent and add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste until all the raw flavor is gone.Then add roasted chana dal powder, pumpkin, carrots, beans, brinjal, tindora, chilli powder, tomato puree & cook it for few minutes by adding water.Now, add capsicum, green peas, kasuri methi powder, masala powder, butter, coriander leaves, cream, salt mix it and cook it till the moisture oozes out the gravy.
