Vertically halve carrots and cut into ½ inch pieces.2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when it changes colour, add crushed peppercorns, chaat masala, drained potato pieces, salt and carrot pieces and mix well. 3. Add green peas and mix. Add garam masala powder, mix, cover and cook till one whistle is released. Switch off heat and set aside for 5-10 minutes. 4.
