Try it and tell us how did you like this in the comments!MIX VEGETABLE DHOKLAIngredients6-7 French beans 1 small carrot½ cup purple cabbage, chopped½ cup boiled and crushed green peas¼ cup boiled and crushed corn kernels2 cups gram flourSalt to taste½ tsp turmeric powder¼ tsp coriander powder¼ tsp cumin powder2 tsps ginger-garlic-green chilli paste⅓ cup yogurt1½ tbsps oil + for greasing½ tbsps fruit saltTempering1 tbsps oil1 tsp mustard seedsA pinch of asafoetida2-3 green chillies, slit8-10 curry leaves½ tbsp sugarSalt to tasteGarnish Chopped fresh coriander leavesScrapped fresh coconutMethod1. Finely chop French beans and grate the carrot.2. Take gram flour in a bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and yogurt, mix. Add ½ cup water and whisk well.3. Add carrots, French beans, purple cabbage, green peas and corn and mix. Add oil, mix. Add fruit salt and 1 tbsp water and mix well.4. Transfer the dhokla batter in a greased thali. Place this in a steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool completely. De-mould and cut into squares.5. To make the tempering, heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add mustard seeds and once they splutter. Add asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves, sugar, salt and ½ cup water and mix well. Cook till the sugar dissolves and evenly pour it over the dhokla. 6. Garnish it with coriander leaves and scrapped coconut.
