Refreshing mojito freezed to make popsicles. Must try !MOJITO POPSIngredients 2 lemons4 tablespoons sugar syrupSalt to taste¼ cup fresh mint leavesMethod 1. Cut one lemon into thin slices and deseed.2. Cut the other lemon into half.3. Quarter one half and put into a glass. Keep the other half aside.4. Add mint leaves and muddle well.5. Transfer it into a large jar, add salt, sugar syrup and juice of remaining half lemon and sufficient water and stir well.6. Cut the sliced lemon into half and put each half in a popsicle mould. 7. Add crushed ice and the mojito mixture and top with more crushed ice.8. Set in the freezer for 1-2 hours or till set.9. Serve chilled.
