MOLAGA PODI ALOO TUKIngredients2 teaspoons gun powder (molaga podi)16-20 baby potatoes, boiled1 tablespoon oil 2 green chillies, slit1 teaspoon mustard seeds5-7 curry leaves1 teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon dried mango powderSalt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tablespoon lemon juiceMethod1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Flatten the baby potatoes between your palms and transfer in a bowl. 3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and sauté for 10 seconds. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add curry leaves and let it crackle. 4. Add flattened baby potatoes, mix and cook till golden. 5. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, dried mango powder and gun powder and mix. Add salt, mix and cook for 1 minute.6. Add coriander leaves and toss well. Add lemon juice, switch off heat and mix.7.
