It's also one of the most difficult to describe:It's a sheep stomach balloon with hot stones inside that grill/steam lamb meat, potatoes and carrots. Sound unique, looks unique, tastes AWESOME!This is a Mongolian dish that I've seen a couple times on social media and always wanted to try, and recently found out they have it in this ONE restaurant in Beijing, you have to boo at least one day in advance and leave a deposit of 300CNY (40USD).
