Ingredients:
Prepare Dried Ginger (Sonth) Chutney:
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 Cup
-Sugar Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Sonth powder (Dried ginger powder) tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
Prepare Green Chutney:
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 bunch
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 bunch
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-7
-Chanay (Roasted grams) 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
-Water Cup or as required
Prepare Salad Mixture:
-Kheera (Cucumber) chopped 1 Cup
-Aloo (Potato) boiled & cubes 1 Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped 1 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 3-4
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 2 & tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked
-Kalay chanay (Black chickpeas) boiled as required
-Chaat masala
-Mongphali (Peanuts) roasted as required
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Nimco sev
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
Prepare Dried Ginger (Sonth) Chutney:
-In a saucepan,add tamarind pulp,sugar,black pepper powder,dried ginger powder,red chilli powder, salt,cooking oil,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool completely.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 2 months in refrigerator.
Prepare Green Chutney:
-In a blender jug,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,garlic,ginger,green chillies,roasted grams,cumin seeds,black salt,salt,lemon juice,water,blend well & set aside.
Prepare Salad Mixture:
-In a bowl,add cucumber,potato,tomato,onion,green chillies,tamarind pulp,salt,chaat masala,cumin seeds,mint leaves,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a serving cup,add yogurt,prepared green chutney,black chickpeas,chaat masala,prepared salad mixture,roasted peanuts,prepared dried ginger chutney,yogurt,red chilli crushed,nimco sev,fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
Prepare Dried Ginger (Sonth) Chutney:
-Saucepan mein imli pulp,cheeni,kali mirch powder,sonth powder,lal mirch powder,namak aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-2 months kliya airtight jar mein dal ker refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
Prepare Green Chutney:
-Blender jug mein podina,hara dhania,lehsan,adrak,hari mirchein,chanay,zeera,kala namak,lemon juice aur pai dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Salad Mixture:
-Bowl mein kheera,aloo,tamatar,pyaz,hari mirchein,imli pulp,namak,chaat masala,zeera,podina & hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Serving cup mein dahi,tayyar hari chutney,kalay chanay,chaat masala,tayyar salad mixture,roasted mongphali,tayyar sonth chutney,dahi,lal mirch crushed,nimco sev aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
