A healthy and delicious recipe to start your day with.MOONG DAL OMLETTEIngredients1½ cups split skinless green gram, washed and soaked 4-6 green chilliesSalt to taste1 medium onion, chopped1 medium capsicum, chopped4 tbsps corn kernels,boiled and crushed1 mediumtomato, chopped2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander¼ tsp turmeric powder4 tsps oil¼ small beetroot, cut into thin strips¼ small carrot, cut into thin stripsTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Addsplit skinless green gram, green chillies and salt in a blender. Add sufficient water and blend to a fine paste.2. Take the blended mixture add onion, capsicum, corn kernels, tomato, coriander and turmeric powder in a bowl. Mix well.3. Heatoil in a non-stick pan, add batter and spread it. Sprinkle beetroot andcarrot.Cover and cook on both the sides till golden brown.4.
