Makes ¾ cup.2 tbsp yellow moong dal (split yellow gram)1. Combine the moong dal and ½ cup of water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistles.2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. 3. Add another ½ cup of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.4. Strain the cooked dal mixture using a strainer.
