Crispy Moong Dal Dosa is a popular South-Indian breakfast recipe that is made from Split Green Gram and Semolina. It is extremely nutritious and can be eaten with Coconut chutney, Peanut chutney or Tomato Chutney; of which you can find the link below:

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 150 gms Split Green Gram(soaked in water)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Split Chickpeas
- 2 tbsp Semolina
- Water
- Oil

Method:
1. Grind split green gram in a mixer along with chopped onions, green chillies, salt
2. Once grounded, take the mixture out in a large bowl
3. Now, add split chickpeas, semolina to this mix
4. Mix it all together and add some water, if the batter becomes too thick
5. Now, turn on the flame; place a pan and add some oil over it
6. Spread the oil evenly, throughout the pan and add the batter over it
7. Spread it over oil and let it cook, with the help of some more oil
8. Once cooked, take it out on a plate
9. Similarly, make the rest of the dosas
