1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Rice Flour
1 tbsp Curd

How To Make Fluffy Moonglet - 1:18
1 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp Tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)
1/2 tsp Green Chillies (chopped)
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Fruit Salt
2 tbsp Water

How To Pan Fry The Moonglet - 2:30
1 tsp Butter
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 pinch Red Chilli Powder
Beetroot (grated)

The mung bean (Vigna radiata), alternatively known as the green gram, maash (Persian: ماش‎), moong(from Sanskrit: मुद्ग, romanized: mudga), monggo, or munggo (Philippines), is a plant species in the legume family. The mung bean is mainly cultivated in East, Southeast and South Asia. It is used as an ingredient in both savory and sweet dishes. To make the Moonglet, we need to grind the Moong Dal paste, seasoning it with spices will give us a flavor.
