A desi style protein pancake which can be perfect when you're looking for a healthy and easy breakfast.MOONGLETIngredients2 ½ cups soaked split skinless green gram ( dhuli moong dal)½ tsp cumin seeds1 medium onion, chopped1 medium tomato, chopped2-3 green chillies, chopped4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander1 tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder1 tsp red chilli powderSalt to taste2 tbsps oil2 tbsps butterTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Transfer the green gram in a blender jar. Add 1 cup water and grind to fine paste. Transfer in a bowl.2. Add cumin seeds, onions, tomatoes, chillies, coriander, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.3. Heat oil and butter in a shallow nonstick pan. Spread the prepared batter evenly. Cover and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.4. Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes on other side as well. Cut into quarters and add some butter on top. Cover and cook for 30 seconds.5.
