MORU CURRYIngredients2 cups yogurt (moru), beaten1 cup of fresh scrapped coconut1 tsp cumin powder½ tsp turmeric1 clove of garlic2-3 green chilliesSalt to taste1 tsp coconut oil1 tsp mustard seeds5-6 fenugreek seeds1 tsp red chilli flakes5-6 curry leavesRed rice to serveMethod1. In a blender, add coconut, cumin powder, turmeric, garlic, green chillies, and add sufficient water to make a smooth paste.2. In a bowl, add the prepared paste and yogurt, mix well. Add salt and mix well.3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard and fenugreek seeds and let the seeds crackle. 4. Add red chilli flakes and curry leaves, immediately add the yogurt mix and mix well.5. Cook on low flame till it starts slightly steaming. Take it off the flame.6.
