Try it soon and indulge!MOTICHOOR ICE CREAMIngredients3-4 motichoor laddoos1 tbsp chopped almonds1 tbsp chopped walnuts1 tbsp chopped pistachios1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts1½ cups sweetened whipping cream ½ tsp green cardamom powder6-8 pistachios, blanched, peeled and sliveredMethod1. Dry roast almonds, walnuts, pistachios and cashew nuts for 3-4 minutes or till golden brown and fragrant. Transfer on a plate and allow to cool.2. Take whipping cream in a large bowl, add green cardamom powder and whisk it with an electric beater till it reaches soft peaks. Add ¾ of the roasted nuts, crumble the motichoor laddoos and add into the whipped cream mixture and gently fold till well combined. 3. Transfer the mixture into an air tight container, sprinkle remaining roasted nuts on top, cover with a lid and place it in the freezer for 6-8 hours or till set.4.
