MOUTHWATERING Cantonese Yumcha | 夏波波Brian

This time, Brian goes full-on cantonese and digs into the most cantonese feast ever! He wanted to order everything in the menu, but the waitress insisted in lowering the order to human standards..
Today Brian adventures into:

1.Chicken Feet: As most dimsums, this dish is steamed, rendering the meat, cartilage and tendons insanely tender and mouth watering. It's soaked in a sweet and very thick soy sauce gravy and topped with boiled peanuts and fresh chilli. This dish is believed to improve joints and skin.

2.Steamed Tofu Skin: This one is a very particular kind of tofu skin called Fuzhu, which is sold dried and then is cooked in a very thick and starchy mushroom soup, then hey fill it up with minced pork meat and proceed to steam it and plate it with fresh vegetables and chilli.

3.BBQ Pork Buns: This is a classic dimsum, easy to the western palad. The outside is steamed bread and the inside is chunky pork meat soaked in a sweet chinese bbq sauce. You're more than encourage by us here at TasteBuds to dip that bread in everything! Like, everything!

4.Radish Cake: This jelly like cake is made using nothing but shredded radish and rice flour. It is first steamed and then pan fried to order, giving it a crispy texture on the outside, but still a soft and juicy inside.

5.Taro Cake: Not made out of fish!! The mistake was made because the work for taro and for fish is written the same but with different tone, the characters are completely different, but Brian's chinese is still improving. Deliciously made out of shredded taro, rice flour and sesame seeds to add a crunch to the top and bottom layers.

6.Steamed Pork SpareRibs: The most tender thing you'll have. Served with braised taro and honey, this dish is made to be enjoyed by all kind of palad. Delicious and juicy!

7. Red Sticky Rice Shrimp Burrito: From the middle to the outside we have whole shrimp, batter, red sticky rice wrap, sesame seeds and sweetened soy sauce. Plated with leafy, fibrous greens. A must have for seafood lovers!

This kind of places can be found all over the cantonese region, and this one in particular is called ChaDuCan
