MOZZARELLA KULCHA Ingredients3 cups refined flour + for dusting1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon castor sugar5 tablespoons butter Salt to taste1 cup milkOil for greasingMelted butter for brushing and bastingStuffing 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese5-6 garlic cloves, finely choppedSalt to taste¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leavesMethod1. Take flour in a bowl. Add baking powder, castor sugar, butter and salt and mix. Add milk and knead into a soft dough. Cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes.2. To prepare stuffing, take cheese in another bowl. Add garlic, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.3. Preheat oven to 200° C.4. Grease a baking tray with some oil.5. Dust the dough with some flour, divide into equal portions and shape into balls. 6. Divide the stuffing into equal portion. 7. Dust the worktop with some flour and roll out each ball into small thick disc. Place a portion of the stuffing in the center of each disc, bring the edges together, press lightly to seal and shape into balls.8. Dust the worktop with some flour, place each ball, lightly press to flatten and roll out into small thick discs.9. Place the discs onto the greased tray and lightly brush with some melted butter. 10. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.11.
