Learn how to make Mugache Ladoo, a popular Indian sweet dessert recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.Ingredients:250 gms Moong Dal4 tbsp Ghee100 gms Powdered Sugar1/2 tsp Cardamom PowderAlmonds, choppedPistachios, choppedRaisins for garnishingMethod:- In a pan heat some ghee. Add the moong dal and roast it on a medium high flame till it changes color.- Once the moong dal changes color, transfer it on a plate and let it cool down.- After the moong dal cools down add it in the mixer grinder and grind it to a powder.- In the same pan again heat some ghee. Add the moong dal powder and mix well for some time.- Transfer the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down.- Then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and chopped almonds and pistachios.
