Do try this Mughlai Mutton Keema Recipe and share your feedback with us#MughlaiMuttonKeemaRecipe #MuttonKeemaMughlai keema Recipe in English: Ingredients: 500g Mutton keema1 cup Onion (chopped) 1 cup Tomatoes (sliced) 1/2 cup Oil 2 tbsp Green chilies (chopped) Salt to taste 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 2 tbsp Cream 15 Almonds 15 Cashew nuts 1/4 cup Milk Fresh coriander for garnish Almonds (peeled) for garnish Raisins for garnish Cashew nuts for garnish Directions: In a blender add almonds, cashew nuts, milk and blend until you get a smooth textured paste. Set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté it for a minute. Then add tomatoes, salt, red chili, cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander powder and cook until tomatoes get soft. Add mince, add water as required, mix it well, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add green chilies, 3 tablespoon almond cashew nut paste, cream and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. In pan heat oil, add almonds, cashew nut, raisins and roast them. Dish out keema, sprinkle roasted dry fruits and serve. Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Serving: 4-6
