Todays menu is mulhoe. Mulhoe is cold raw fish soup made with raw fish, vegetables and spicy cold soup.
Recently I saw this recipe on TV. So I tried it!
This recipe is really easy and delicious. I could eat it often if raw fish were cheaper.
Eat some of the raw fish and vegetables, then add and mix noodles or rice. Its so good!

* Ingredients

Raw fish, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 carrot, 1/8 cabbage, 1/2 pear, lettuce, pepper (or as much as you like)
cho-gochujang(red pepper paste with vinegar), sesame seeds, frozen Korean cold noodle broth

* Recipe

1. Thinly slice all of the vegetables.

2. In a bowl, place vegetables, raw fish, cho-gochujang(red pepper paste with vinegar) and sesame seeds in the order.

3. Pour frozen Korean cold noodle broth. Mix them and enjoy!
