MULTI GRAIN ROTI # मल्टीग्रेन रोटी | VAPURDA KITCHEN

hello friends,
we all want roti daily, however eating only wheat roti these days is not considered good if we are planning to lose weight, maintain weight, or want to eat healthily.

This 4-grain multi grain roti is a good way to keep our health on track and we can mix and match the grain we want.

we can make multigrain roti from, JOWAR, BAJARA, RAGI, MAIZE, CHICKPEA FLOUR.

Ingredients:- (FOR 10 ROTI)

* 100 GMS JOWAR FLOUR
* 50 GMS BAJRA FLOUR
* 50 GMS MAKAI FLOUR
* 20-25 GMS RAGI FLOUR
** SERVE ALL THE ABOVE FLOUR****
* 1/4 TSPN SALT
* 1 TSPN OIL
* 2 CUPS WATER

METHOD:-
* IN A DEEP PAN ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER AND LET IT BOIL.
* ONCE WATER START'S BOILING ADD SALT AND OIL TO IT.
* THEN ADD ALL FLOUR ONE BY ONE WHILE MIXING ON LOW FLAME.
* ONCE ALL THE WATER IS ABSORBED, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND COVER IT FOR 5-10 MINS.
* AFTER 5-10 MINS TRANSFER THE DOUGH IN A PLATE AND KNEAD THE DOUGH WITH HELP OF CHILLED WATER FOR 2-3 MIN TILL SOFT AND SMOOTH.
*DIVIDE THE DOUGH ACCORDING TO UR WANT AND ROLL WITH THE HELP OF JOWAR FLOUR OR ANY FLOUR OF UR CHOICE.
* ROAST THE ROTI OVER PAN ON LOW FLAME ON BOTH SIDES TILL DONE.
* APPLY GHEE AND SERVE HOT OR COLD WITH ANY VEGETABLE OF UR CHOICE, OR CAN BE EATEN WITH JAGGERY.
