बनाएं स्वादिष्ट मेथी मटर सब्ज़ी बिना किसी मसाला के || Tasty & Healthy Methi Green Peas, matar Sabji | VAPURDA KITCHEN

Hello Friends!!!

It's Winter, Season of green leafy vegetable.
Today i will show you how to make methi matar sabji without using any masala, yet the sabji turns to be tasty& Healthy.

**INGREDIENTS **

* 500 GMS METHI LEAVES (fenugreek leaves)
* GREEN PEAS (MATAR) 100 GMS (APPROX 1 CUP)
* 1 TBL SPN FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC (lasan)
* 1/2 TBL SPN CHOPPEP GINGER(aadrak)
* 1 TBL SPN CUMIN SEEDS (JEERA)
* 1/2 TBL SPN FENNEL SEEDS (SAUF)
* SALT 1/2 TBL SPN (AS PER TASTE)
* 3 - 4 CHOPPED GREEN CHILE
* 2 TBL SPN OIL
* 1/2 Tbl spn salt (as per taste)

Method :-

* Add oil into kadai/pan.
* Add garlic,ginger and saute for a min.
* Add chopped green chile, cumin seeds (jeera),fennel seeds(sauf) and saute for half a min.
* Add green peas and cook for about 5-7 min.
* Add chopped methi mix well,cover and cook for 8-10 min.
* Serve with roti,paratha, dal & rice or any bhakri.
