Multigrain Paratha is a healthy paratha option to pack in lunch box or serve for morning breakfast.This is tasty and packed with loads of flavour.MULTIGRAIN PARANTHAIngredients1 cup whole wheat flour (atta) + for dusting¼ cup finger millet flour (ragi)¼ cup soya flour 1 large raw banana, boiled, peeled and mashed2 tablespoons boiled green peas2-3 tablespoons chopped green capsicum2 tablespoons grated cabbage 2 tablespoons grated purple cabbage 1 teaspoon crushed green chillies1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder ½ teaspoon garam masala powder½ teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)1 teaspoon sugarSalt to taste1½ tablespoons oil + for basting¼ cup grated processed cheeseRaita for servingMethod1. Take 1 cup wheat flour in a bowl. Add soya flour, millet flour, raw banana, green peas, capsicum, cabbage, purple cabbage, green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder, sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon oil and mix well.2. Add sufficient water and knead into a stiff dough. Add ½ tablespoon oil and knead again.3. Divide the dough into large equal portions and roll out into semi-thick discs, dusting with some wheat flour. 4. Spread some cheese on half of discs, cover them with another disc, press and lightly roll out again. 5. Cut each prepared discs into stars using a medium size star cookie cutter.6. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the prepared stars and roast till golden brown and crisp, basting with some oil. Transfer on an absorbent paper.7.
