Ladoos made of puffed rice are quite filling and are among one of the most loved sweet treats of the country.IngredientMurmura (Puffed Rice) - 3 CupsGhee - 1 tspAssorted Nuts - 2 TbspJaggery Grated - 1 Cupmethod - 1. In a pan add murmura (Puffed Rice) and dry roast for 2 mins until crisp.2. Remove in a bowl and keep aside.3. In a pan add ghee , nuts, and sauté for 30 secs on a medium flame4. Add jaggery and sauté till jaggery melts on a medium flame.5. Add puffed rice and mix well. Remove from heat and keep aside6. Grease a bowl with ghee and transfer the mixture to the bowl7. Apply water in your palms8.
