Fresh Dal and crunchy muruku or chakli is one of my favorite combinationSesame seed murukkuIngredients;-Rice flour - 200 gramsUrad dal - 50 gramsSesame seeds - 30 gramsHing - pinchButter - 4 cubesSalt - to tasteOil- for fryingWater - as requiredmethod;-Heat a pan add urad dal and dry roast in a slow flame.Transfer into a blender and grind into fine powder.Heat a pan add water, salt, butter, hing, and boil it.Take a bowl add some rice flour, grinded urad dal, sesame seeds, hot water and mix it well.Take small dumplings and place murukku machineAnd press into hot oil.Once it becomes crispy transfer in to a plate.Now sesame seed murukku is ready to serve.Green Chilli DalTake a panAdd 2 tb spn of OilAdd 1 tsp of Mustard seedsAdd 1 tsp of Cumin SeedsCrush the Garlic in a Din-Chick (Pestle)Add Crushed GarlicAdd Deseeded Green ChilliesAdd ½ cup of Tamarind JuiceAdd a pinch of TurmericAdd 2 bunches of CorianderAdd Boiled Toor DalAdd Salt to tasteCook it for 3 - 4 MinutesSwitch off the Flame & Serve Hot#vahchef
