The ultimate cozy fall pizza! Feel free to add your favorite toppings to create your own! Here I used a gluten free pizza crust from Bobs Red Mill. Recipe: Serves 4-5 1 package Bobs Red Mill GF Pizza Crust Mix4-5 white mushrooms, sliced 4-5 cremini mushrooms, sliced3 stalks broccolini, sliced 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced2 cloves garlic, chopped1-2 tablespoon miso paste2cups shredded mozzarella extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper1. Preheat oven to 425F2. Make pizza crust according to instructions on package. 3. Sauted mushrooms, onion, garlic, and broccolini. Set aside.4. Once pizza crust is baked (without topping) spread extra virgin olive oil and miso paste on the crust. 5. Sprinkle cheese. 6. Add mushroom mix and top with cheese. 7. Bake at 475F for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. 8. Slice to desired size and ENJOY!! The melted cheese and miso paste makes this pizza !
