Mushroom and Broccolini Pizza with Miso Sauce

The ultimate cozy fall pizza! Feel free to add your favorite toppings to create your own! Here I used a gluten free pizza crust from Bobs Red Mill. Here is the link (https://www.bobsredmill.com/gluten-free-pizza-crust-mix.html). I followed the recipe on the package. Super yummy and versatile!

Recipe: Serves 4-5

1 package Bobs Red Mill GF Pizza Crust Mix
4-5 white mushrooms, sliced
4-5 cremini mushrooms, sliced
3 stalks broccolini, sliced
1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped

1-2 tablespoon miso paste
2cups shredded mozzarella
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Make pizza crust according to instructions on package.

3. Sauted mushrooms, onion, garlic, and broccolini. Set aside.
4. Once pizza crust is baked (without topping) spread extra virgin olive oil and miso paste on the crust.
5. Sprinkle cheese.
6. Add mushroom mix and top with cheese.
7. Bake at 475F for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
8. Slice to desired size and ENJOY!!

The melted cheese and miso paste makes this pizza ! It brings an extra level of unaminess and richness thats sooooo delish!! I hope you enjoy making this recipe!
