For all those mushroom lovers, this burger is a must try !Mushroom and Corn Burger Ingredients 10-15 button mushrooms, cut into quarters½ cup sweet corn4 burger buns1 teaspoon oil1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 medium onion, finely chopped Salt to taste¼ teaspoon black pepper powder¼ teaspoon red chilli flakes2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed½ cup dried breadcrumbs 2 tablespoon mayonnaise2 teaspoons mustard sauce Few iceberg lettuce leaves 4 cheese slices4 cherry tomatoes, for garnishMethod 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and onions and sauté.2. Add mushrooms and corn and saute.3. Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes and cook for 2 -3 minutes.4. Once the mixture is cool add potatoes and breadcrumbs and mix well.5. Shape the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. 6. Heat remaining oil in a pan and shallow fry till the patties are golden brown on each side. Drain on absorbent paper.7. Cut the buns horizontally and lightly toast them.8. To assemble the burger spread mayonnaise and mustard on each bun, place some iceberg lettuce leaves, the mushroom and corn patty, tomato slices and a slice of cheese. Top with the burger bun top.9.
