INGREDIENTS:

POTATOES:
CUT AND COOK POTATOES AND ONIONS. SEASONED WITH PEPPER.

MUSHROOMS:
CUT AND COOK MUSHROOMS WITH LIQUID AMINOS AND CUMIN.

ROASTED PEPPERS:
SAUTED YELLOW BELL PEPPERS AND ONIONS.

BEANS:
I USED AN ORGANIC CAN OF BLACK BEANS AND MASHED THEM UP.

CORN:
ROAST CORN (ORGANIC FROZEN CORN)

TOMATILLO SALSA:
BLEND ROASTED: TOMATILLOS, ONIONS, GARLIC AND JALAPEO. ADD SALT, PEPPER, WATER AND CUMIN.

CREAM/SOUR CREAM:
BLEND CASHEWS, NUTRITIONAL YEAST, LIME JUICE, SALT AND ITALIAN HERBS.

RED QUINOA:
COOK QUINOA HOWEVER YOU LIKE.

SPINACH TORTILLAS:
WARM THEM UP IN A PAN

SPINACH:
CUT SOME FRESH SPINACH.

ROLL THEM UP!!!
