Ingredients for mushroom butter masala 3 tbsp butter1 medium boiled onion paste 1 inch ginger paste 3 clove garlic paste 2 tomato puree 10 cashew / kaju1 tbsp sesame seeds2 tbsp watermelon seeds1 tbsp desiccated coconut powderOTHER INGREDIENTS:250 gms Button mushroom 3 tbsp butter¼ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder¼ tsp garam masala¼ tsp cumin powder1 cup water½ tsp sugar1 tsp salt3 tbsp fresh cream1 tbsp coriander powder½ tsp kasuri methiINSTRUCTIONSFirstly, boil onions and blend it with watermelon seeds, cashew, sesame seeds, and coconut powder Make a fine paste Now in a large kadai heat butter and Saute onion paste ginger and garlic paste Now add tomato puree and fry for 10 minsFry it adding water if required.Keeping the flame on low add ¼ tsp turmeric, coriander powder 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala and ¼ tsp cumin powder.Saute until the spices turn aromatic without burning.Saute until oil separates from sides.Add mushroom and fry it for 5 minsFurther add 1 cup water, ½ tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt and kasuri methiMix well adjusting consistency as required.Also add 3 tbsp cream and mix well.Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until flavours are absorbed.Finally, enjoy mushroom butter masala with roti or naan.#platesoflove #mushroombuttermasala #mushroomrecipe #restaurantstyle_mushroombuttermasala
