Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add green chillies and sauté till translucent. 2. Add bell pepper and sauté on high heat. 3. Add sugar and mix well. 4. Add mushrooms, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 5. Add salt and soy sauce and mix well. 6. Add coriander and mix well. 7.
