Butter - 75 gms
Onion -1 chopped
Garlic -1/4th cup chopped
Button Mushrooms -400 gms
Salt to taste
Black pepper -1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes -2 tsp
Italian herbs - 1 tbsp
Fresh cream - 1/4th cup
Milk - 1/4th cup
Fresh coriander

Creamy Spinach Rice

Ingredients:
Oil -2 tbsp
Onion -1 chopped
Green chili -2 chopped
Garlic -2 tbsp chopped
Frozen corn - 1/4 the cup
Spinach (blanched & pureed) -1/4th cup
Fresh cream -2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper -1/2 tsp
Rice (boiled & cooled ) -2 cups
