Heat sufficient water in a steamer. 2. Mix together wheat flour, gram flour, sorghum, baking soda, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, spring onion greens, salt, sugar, oil and yogurt in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead into a semi-stiff dough. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into cylinders. Place in the steamer, cover and steam for 15-20 minutes or till its completed done. Remove from heat, cool and cut into thick slices. 4. For the tempering, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.5. Add sesame seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, red chillies and muthia slices and toss till lightly browned. Add coriander leaves and toss again. 6.
