Jeera / Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf - 1
Cardamoms - 1
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon Stick - 1"
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander Leaves - for garnishing
Salt & Oil - as required
