Ingredients:
For the marination:
Mutton- 500 gms
Curd- 1/2 cup
Ginger- garlic paste- 3 tbsp
Biryani masala- 1 tbsp
Fried onions- 1/2 cup
Kewra water- 1 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste

Other preparations:
Potatoes- 4 (Fried)
Onions sliced- 1 cup ( fried)
Basmati Rice- 2 cups (soaked for 30 mins)

Spice bag- cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, bay leaves

For assembling:
Bay leaves- handful
Biriyani masala- 2-3 tbsp
Fried onions- 1/2 cup
Khoya/ mewa- 3-4 tbsp
Leftover mutton broth/ yakhni- 1 cup
Saffron milk- 1/2 cup
Kewra & rose water- 1 tsp each
Ghee+ butter- 5 tbsp
