Ingredients in the order of instructions:
3/4 cup Oil
4 Onions
1 cup chopped Coriander leaves
2 Cinnamon sticks
4 Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 tsp Cumin/Jeera
1/4 tsp Turmeric/Haldi
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Coriander powder
3 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
Salt to taste
500 gms Mutton
Water
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Ghee
500 gms washed Basmati rice
1 cup Water
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Ghee
Fried Onions
Coriander leaves
