Mutton lamb chops cooked in spicy onion tomato preparation and served hot.MUTTON CHOP MASALA - (Serves - 4)Ingredients750 grams mutton chops3-4 tablespoons oil4-5 cloves7-8 black peppercorns3-4 green cardamoms1 inch cinnamon3-4 medium onions, sliced1½ tablespoons ginger-garlic paste 3-4 green chillies, slit½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powderJuice of 1 lemon½ cup fresh tomato puree1 ½ teaspoons garam masala powderSalt to taste2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves½ cup yogurtMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cloves, peppercorns, cardamoms and cinnamon and sauté well.2. Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent. Add mutton chops and mix. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté well. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. 3. Add green chillies, mix, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and lemon juice and mix well.4. Add tomato puree, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add garam masala powder and salt and mix. Add mint leaves and yogurt, mix and cook till fully done. 5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
