Usually, all kadai recipes are made using onion, but this one is without onion. A small twist to your regular kadai recipes to get a mutton curry without onion. The roasted cumin, red chili, and coriander powder added at the last make it totally different from other curries.

Edible Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger juliennes - 1/2 tbsp
Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Paste - 1/3 tbsp
Mutton Cubes - 750 gm
Whole Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon Sticks - 1-2 pcs
Cloves - 4-5 pcs
Black Pepper - 8-10 pcs
Dry Red Chili - 2 pcs
Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Tomatoes - 5-6 pcs
Roasted cumin, red chili, and coriander powder mix - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
