Made with the goodness of Olper's Dairy Cream #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #olpersdairycream #olpersdairycream Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3qNuIm8Serves 5-6Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Olpers Cream Cup-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12-Pyaz (Onion) fried Cup-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup-Cooking oil Cup-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3-Mutton mix boti 750g-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Water 3 Cups or as required -Kala zeera (Caraway seeds) tsp-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 2 tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp Directions:-In a blender jug,add cream,green chillies,cashew nuts,fried onion,yogurt,blend well & set aside.-In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,star anise,green cardamom & mix well.-Add mutton & mix well until it changes color.-Add ginger garlic paste,salt,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until meat is tender (30-35 minutes) (cook until 1 cup of stock is left). -Add caraway seeds,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,black pepper crushed,garam masala powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.-Add blended paste,mix well & cook for 6-8 minutes.-Add fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).-Sprinkle black pepper crushed & serve with naan!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Olpers Cream Cup-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12-Pyaz (Onion) fried Cup-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup-Cooking oil Cup-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3-Mutton mix boti 750g-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Water 3 Cups or as required -Kala zeera (Caraway seeds) tsp-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 2 tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp Directions:-Blender jug mein cream,hari mirchein,kaju,fried pyaz aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein cooking oil,zeerabadiyan ka phool aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Mutton dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (30-35 minutes) (cook until 1 cup of stock is left).-Kala zeera,haldi powder,sabut dhania,zeera,kali mirch crushed aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).-Kali mirch crushed dal ker naan ka saath serve karein!
