Black cardamom, 4-5 Black peppercorns, 2-3 Cloves, 1 kg Mutton (with bones), Prepared Curd Mixture, Salt to taste, cup Prepared Rogan, 1 tbsp Red chili paste, 1 tbsp Brown onion paste, For Curd Mixture 1 cup Curd, beaten, 1 tsp Fennel powder, 1 tsp Dry ginger powder, 5-6 Saffron strands, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Degi red chili powder, tsp Turmeric powder, For Garnish Coriander sprig, Process For Rogan In a handi, add water as required, Cockscomb, close the lid and boil it for a while.Strain it in a bowl with the help of muslin cloth and keep it aside for further use.For Tempering In a handi, add mustard oil, once it's hot, add black cardamom, black peppercorns, cloves and let it splutter.Add mutton and saute it for 6-7 minutes or until tender on medium flame.Add prepared curd mixture, salt to taste, close the lid and cook it for 8-10 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
